NUDE FEMALES: Painting Creating Sensual Atmosphere

Bouguereau, the son of an olive oil merchant Bouguereau was a staunch traditionalist painter from France. He preferred both realistic and mythological themes for depiction of his art; but he presented the subjects with newer and fresh interpretations of the classical subjects he chose to paint. Very often he chose nude female bodies as his subjects; but he emphasized showing the art of painting with his ‘photo-realistic style’ of painting. This made his painting popular and clients paid and commissioned him generously.
In figurative painting, showing the contours of body is as important as the concept of painting the effects of light in still life painting. Bouguereau had a natural instinct and the technical knowledge, too, about the contours of nude female body. A human body, especially a female nude, attracts our eyes by the beauty and proportions of the body painted; in this sphere, Bouguereau acquired artistic inspiration from the sixteenth century artists.
In one of his paintings, Elegy, Bouguereau had depicted his artistic prowess in creating a sensual atmosphere by painting two nude figures in photo-reality style of painting. The pair of painted nudes, a woman and a child, helps creating sensual environment on the canvass. With all the factors of corporeal pleasure present, the artistic value of the painting seems missing nowhere. The colour scheme chosen and the masterly depiction of the symmetry of the nude female body are the real factors creating a balanced environment.

CJay was born in the Bronx, New York. He became interested in graffiti art at a young age, and began experimenting with spray cans and airbrushes not long after. Always wanting to make a living from his art, at the age of twelve he began painting t-shirts at local flea markets, and soon after expanded his art to walls, cars, clothes.anything with a paintable surface. It was at the High School of Art & Design in NYC that I really began to fully appreciate what it meant to be an artist. I am getting married outdoors on what will likely be a hot day in August, and I’m planning on painting a butterfly on my back. Should I use latex paint? Or is there some other sweat-proof paint that would be better? I will not be using much paint (the butterfly will probably be 4 x 3 inches), so I am also looking for a place that would sell sample sizes (or just small sizes) of paints so I don’t have to buy a whole bucket of it.

Any paint like that will not react well with your sweat. Acrylic will flake and latex will peel like crazy. I use acrylic, which is probably the best you can get for your money. I would imagine that if you wiped down the area to be painted thoroughly and wiped a little antiperspirant over the area, then painted with acrylic it should last all day–the antiperspirant would keep it from flaking. I suggest getting acrylic at a craft store and doing a test run beforehand…
